PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS & PRICING POLICY

 

Our main currency is EUR. It can be changed for some methods of payment during the payment process (for example PayPal allows you to pay in your local currency or Polish clients can pay by PLN through Przelewy24 etc).

Prices of products visible on the main page are net and do not contain tax (for UE clients except Poland), payment method service fee and shipping costs.

Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

 

PAYMENT

 

Jasirah Dancewear accepts several methods of payment:
Credit/Debit Card, Direct bank transfer, Paypal and regional method like Przelewy24 for Poland, giropay for Germany and more.
You will be able to see all methods available for your region during the checkout.

 

DELIVERY

 

Your order will be sent within two business days after receiving payment.

Shipment options and approximate delivery time:
Poland – DPD kurier (2 business days), InPost Paczkomaty (2 business days), InPost kurier (2 business days)

Most of European Union countries – DPD courier (2-5 business days), Regular Mail (5-10 business days)

Rest of the World – Regular Mail (5-15 business days)

All international parcels shipped via postal service will be delivered by your national postal service.

All parcels are registered, and you will receive a tracking number of your shipping. 

Customer is obligated to provide the correct shipping address. In case when your order is not delivered due to the wrong shipping address, we do not provide a replacement or refund. 

Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

Our refund and returns (exchanges) policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the order, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return (exchange), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with untouched clothing tags.

To complete your return (exchange), we require you to contact us at jasirahdancewear@gmail.com. Then we will provide you with shipping details.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.

Refunds will be processed by bank transfer to the provided account number or through PayPal for all orders paid by this method of payment.

 

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

 

You can delete your Jasirah Dancewear user account at any time.

We collect only the basic personal details (name, shipping and billing address, email address, etc.) required to:
